No time… Must Get to School#&%@?? Need tips on quick but good Breakfasts - No Sugar or Cereal!
I am in the rut of the packaged muffins (full of sugar, ie chocolate chip), biscuits from a tube, and the once a week fat quota (Bacon).
Looking for something easy but different. And low sugar and fat.

Dad’s Back! After spam and software problems I have decided to give WordPress a try. It may take me a while to figure out how this program works and the best format for our site so hang in there until I get all the bugs out.
Welcome back to our old friends and welcome to new visitors. So new Dads and Moms can get a feeling for what this site is all about I have included an updated version of my original welcome message below…

Hi! I am a Dad (stay and work at home Dad) to 3 wonderful kids but I NEEDED HELP!
I started DadNeedsHelp.com as a recipe site that I purchased off an auction site. Well the hosting went down and I lost everything. I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for! Then my next format for the site had no way to handle all the spam and was not user friendly. After having the site off line for about a year I am back and trying this blog format.
I hope this new format works. The site original started out as s simple recipe site since I was at my wits end trying to prepare meals that were nourishing and tasted good. I was stuck in the hamburger, macaroni and cheese (yes boxed), baked chicken (well… shake and bake) and spaghetti rut!
I quickly found out there were many other Dads and Moms out there that needed Help! Not only with feeding kids but with many other part of daily life. So DadNeedsHelp.com was opened up to anything and everything you Dads and Moms may run into during a typical day or craziness! On the original site I posted a Weekly question. I will locate some of the questions and start posting these as well as new ones ASAP.
Feel free to browse the site, leave comments, ask your own questions and/or try any of the recipes/tips you find on the site.To keep the spam off the site the comments are all reviewed before posting. Your comments/tips/recipes will usually be verified and posted within 24 to 48 hours.Thank you for visiting DadNeedsHelp.com and for all your help!
